单胃动物内脏组织蛋白质代谢研究方法

Metabolism of Nitrogen Across Viscera in Nonruminants

摘要 随着研究的不断深入,蛋白质营养理论先后从粗蛋白体系发展到氨基酸营养和肽营养理论。寻找恰当的动物模型、应用正确合理的研究手段和方法测定内脏组织(PD V和肝脏)氮代谢,对于系统、深入地探索蛋白质的营养作用,准确评价蛋白质饲料营养价值,合理利用蛋白质资源,提高动物生产性能,有着重要的理论和实践意义。 With the development of studies about theory of protein nutrition, the profile of dietary nitrogen has transformed from crude protein into digestible amino acid and peptide sequentially. Seeking proper animal models, applying correct and acute approach is the prerequisite for fully elucidating the interorgan metabolic kinetics of nitrogen across PDV and liver, which play an important role in evaluating dietary protein quality, allowing nutritionists to formulate diets that are more efficiently used and more nutritionally adequate.
