摘要
研究了微电解-Fenton法预处理PTA废水的工艺,试验结果表明,微电解的最佳条件为pH4.0,反应时间30min;Fenton氧化的最佳条件是[H2O2]=0.6g·L-1,pH3.0,反应时间120min;经微电解-Fenton氧化组合处理后,PTA废水TOC总去除率超过70%。色谱分析结果证明,对苯二甲酸被部分氧化成苯甲酸,而且苯甲酸等有机物均有不同程度的降解,改善了废水的生化性,有利于废水后续生化处理。
The technique combining micro-electrolysis with Fenton oxidation was used to pretreat the PTA wastewater. Promising experimental results showed that the total removal rate of TOC could exceed 70% in the following optimum condition: pH of 3.0, reaction time 30min by micro-electrolysis and [H2O2] =0.6g·L^-1, pH3.0, reaction time 120 min by Fenton reagent oxidation. Chromatographic analysis data proved that terephthalic acid, benzoic acid and p-toluic acid, were degraded alter oxidation treatment in different degree, terephthalic acid was partially and selectively oxidized to benzoic acid,and the biodegradability ofwastewater had been greatly improved.
