利用电子射野影像系统快速调整立体定向放疗系统等中心精度 被引量:3

A Fast Approach of Modulation Assurance for Stereotactic Radiotherapy (SRT) Isocenter by Electronic Portal Imaging Device (EPID)

摘要 [目的]使用电子射野影像系统(EPID)检测立体定向治疗(SRT)系统的等中心精度,探讨利用图像处理和计算机编程方法对系统等中心进行快速和准确校准的方法。[方法]利用电子射野影像系统和SRT准直器,对专用的等中心检验小金球分别在不同机架角度和床位组合拍摄电子射野照片,并在相同位置拍摄只使用立体定向治疗系统准直器而没有放置金球的射野图像。以基于Matlab的软件处理并计算各组图像得到加速器等中心与SRT准直器图像的几何中心偏差;根据测量结果调整在各组位置条件时的SRT准直器安装位置使系统等中心精度满足临床使用要求。[结果]调整后的的SRT准直器中心轴在各个机架角和床位的平均偏差为0.53±0.18mm。[结论]使用EPID数字射野图像和基于Matlab的图像处理软件可以快速、有效、定量地对SRT等中心精度进行调整。
