摘要
在太阳能电池板的封装过程中,层压机的上下箱体受到大气的压力,容易产生变形,因此要具有足够的强度和刚度。同时为了减少工作过程中能量的消耗及设备的制造成本,应尽量简化设备的结构。利用有限元方法对层压机的上下箱体进行了分析,并对其结构提出了相应的优化方案。优化后的结果与现有设备相比,结构更为简单,箱体工作过程中所受的最大应力和最大变形都减少了,并且能够节省约0.5t钢材。
In the production process ,the machine housing is pressed by the atmosphere and ease to deform. Therefore ,it needs enough strength and stiffness. On the other hand,the structure should be simple to reduce the cost of equipment. The housing was analyzed on the base of finite element technique,and an optimization method was proposed. According to the new design, the maximal stress and maximal deformation were decreased during production,and 0.5 ton steel was saved.
