摘要
针对车辆工程中不同车型部件结构的特点,阐述了结构拓扑优化设计的一般流程,报告了代表性较强的相关软件应用现状与发展,包括优化过程中有限元分析模型的数据转换、分析计算、CAD优化模型提取。对提高整车零部件刚度、降低车身骨架及各零部件自重的优化分析应用研究进行了概括。实例论证了应用有限元法进行机械承载结构拓扑优化设计是一种有效的优化方法,可为机械结构及零部件轻量化设计提供重要的概念化设计参考,对今后结构优化中拓扑优化技术发展方向、应用范围及趋势作出了展望。
Based on the characteristic of various kinds of vehicle structure components in the vehicle industry, the general flow of structure topology optimization design is elaborated, and the status quo of application, development of the related representative topology optimization software is reported, including data transfer of Finite Element Analysis model, analysis computation, retrieval of optimization model of CAD. Application research of optimization analysis on raising vehicle parts stiffness, reducing body skeleton and parts weight is summarized. The practice application demonstrated that it becomes an effective way using finite element method for topology optimization of mechanical support structure, provides an important reference on conceptual design for mechanical structure and mechanical components lightweight design, and carried on a forward-looking work on the development direction, the scope and trend of application of topology optimization technology on structural optimization.
