摘要
油体是植物种子贮脂的亚细胞颗粒,作为植物体中最小的细胞器贮存脂类(主要为三酰甘油),为随后的生命活动及活跃的代谢过程提供能量。油体结合蛋白是依附于油体表面的一类蛋白质,包括油质蛋白、油体钙蛋白、油体固醇蛋白-A和油体固醇蛋白-B。本文综述了植物油体的亚细胞结构、化学组成、大小及其类型,油体结合蛋白的结构特征与功能及其编码基因的表达调控等的研究进展。讨论了植物油体作为一种新型植物生物反应器在生物工程上的应用前景和存在的问题。
Seeds of most plant species store triacylglycerols as food reserves for germination and post-germinative growth. The triacylglycerols are present in small, discrete subcellular spherical oil bodies. Oil bodies consist of a matrix of triacylglycerols surrounded by a layer of phospholipids embedded by a set of proteins called proteins associated with oil bodies including Oleosin,Caleosin (sopl),Steroleosin-A (sop2) and Steroleosin-B(sop3). This paper reviews the advancements in ultrastructure,composition and types of plant oil bodies and the structures, characteristics and biological function of proteins associated with oil bodies,and gives a minute description on their gene property and expressive characters. In the meantime, the applications and problems in biological engineering of plant oil bodies, as a new type of plant bioreactor,are discussed.
