摘要
论文以四川大学江安图书馆读者服务为研究对象,采用文献调查法、问卷调查法、个案分析法等多种研究方法,考察了开放式管理模式图书馆读者服务的现状、问题,并提出了建议。
Taking Jiangan Library of Sichuan University as an object of study, using the research methods of literature survey, inquire form, case analysis and othor research methods, the authors inspected the status quo and problems of reader services of the library in open management model, and then made some recommendations.
