摘要
目的:研究淫羊藿总黄酮的大孔树脂精制工艺。方法:以淫羊藿总黄酮含量为指标,用不同浓度的乙醇进行洗脱,对D140型大孔树脂吸附剂提取淫羊藿总黄酮的工艺进行了筛选,确定了淫羊藿总黄酮大孔树脂法的最佳精制工艺。结果:当乙醇浓度为60%时可以洗脱完全淫羊藿总黄酮。结论:提取淫羊藿总黄酮的含量大于70%,而且工艺简便,树脂再生容易,优选工艺稳定符合生产需要。
Objective:To study the refining process of Epimediun flavonoid by macroporous resin. Methods: To screen refining process of extracting Epimediun flavonoids from adsorbent of D140 macroporous resin by eluting with ethanol of different concentrations, setting content of Epimedlun flavonoids as parameter. The best refining process is to refine Epimediun flavonoids by macroporous resin, Results: When the ethanol concentration reaches 60%, it can elute Epimediun flavonoids totally. Conclusion: The extraction process of epimediun flavonoids can reach concentration over 70%, the technology is simple and the resin can be recycled. The best selected process is stable and fits for the demand of manufacture.
