摘要
花生四烯酸(Arachidonic acid,AA)、二十碳五烯酸(Eicosapentaenoic acid,EPA)、二十二碳六烯酸(Docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)是人以及动物所必需的高不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fatty acids,PUFAs),在人和动物的生理活动中起着重要的作用。微藻中含有丰富的这些高不饱和脂肪酸。综述了微藻的绿藻门、硅藻门、金藻门、甲藻门、红藻门、黄藻门和隐藻门中藻的脂肪酸组成和国内外发展状况。
AA （Arachidonic acid）,EPA （Eicosapentaenoic acid）and DHA （Docosahexaenoic acid）are essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, which play an important role in humans and animals physiological activity, These polyunsaturated fatty acids are rich in microalgae. The present paper summarized the development of fatty acids on the world,and fatty acids composition of marine microalgaes,which are the Chlorophyta,Bacillariophyta,Chrysophyta, Pyrrophyta, Rhodophyta,Xanthophyta and Cryptophyta.
