摘要
心脏神经官能症中医属心悸、胸痹、眩晕、不寐等范畴,病位在心,由肝气郁结而始,日久及肾,累及五脏;发病由气及血,由实转虚;治疗上宜从五脏辨证论治。
Cardiac neurosis belongs to palpitations, chest impediment, dizziness, inability to sleep and so on of TCM. The location of disease at heart, the cause of disease is liver qi depression, deep into kidney and five viscera for the long time. The course of disease is from qi to blood, from excess syndrome to deficiency syndrome. Syndrome differentiation and treatment should be form five viscera.
