摘要 目的研究政治思想教育与系统心理干预相结合模式对医学类贫困大学生心理健康状况的影响,为在校医学类贫困大学生的心理干预提供依据。方法对山西大同大学医学院在校本、专科189名贫困生随机分为对照组和实验组,对实验组进行1个学期不间断的政治思想教育和系统心理干预,并于干预前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行心理健康状况问卷测评。结果实验组教育干预后贫困大学生心理健康状况大多有明显的改善,实验组各因子干预前后自身对比,实验组与对照组比较,统计学处理都有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。实验组的心理健康水平较对照组有显著提高。结论采用政治思想教育与综合心理干预措施相结合模式能显著提高医学类贫困大学生的心理健康状况水平。 Objective To study the effect about the mode of combining education of thought and politics and systemic mental intervention to psychological health status about impoverished student in medical college to provide the base of mental intervention to impoverished student in medical college. Methods To divide randomly 189 impoverished student who were undergraduate course and special course of study in our college to control group and experimental group. The experimental group were intevened by uninterrupted education of thought and politics and systemic mental intervention. The symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) were used to e valuate their mental health status before and after the intervention. Results The psychological health status of the impoverished students improved significantly after intervention. The differences between before and after intervention of the experimental group, and the differences between the experimental group and control group after the intervention are significant. Conclusion The mode that combine education of thought and politics and systemic mental intervention can significantly improve psychological health status of impoverished student in medical college.
