摘要
目的探讨对护理人员进行继续护理学教育的有效方式方法,观察继续护理学教育的效果。方法将2000年9月在职注册436名护士分为试验组(n=217)和对照组(n=219)。对照组采用传统的组织业务学习、讲座、培训、考核等方法;试验组应用针对性、实用性的培训方法。分析两组的学分完成情况及撰写论文情况等教育效果。结果试验组在学分完成情况和论文撰写方面均较对照组有明显提高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论应用针对性、实用性的方式方法继续护理学教育效果肯定,有推广价值。
Objective To discuss the modusoperandi of continuing nursling education to nursing personnel and the education effect. Methods 436 nurses who are on job and registered on September 2000 were divided into the experiment group ( n = 217) and the control group ( n =219). The control group was educated by organizing profession studying,lectures,trainings,examining,and so on. The experiment group was trained by modus with directions and practicability. The completed credits and published articles were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing with control group, the completed credits and published articles had significant increase in experiment group. There were significantly differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Training modus with directions and practicability is superior to traditional training. It is worthy of being used widely in nurse training.
