摘要
“抓大放小,扶优持强”的改革思路,将国有中小企业进一步融入市场。本文就国有中小企业“闯关”的原则和可选择的走向提出一些看法,阐明了国有中小企业主要走非国有化的理由。
The reforming thought, laying stress on the major enterprises and setting free the small, will push the state mid-small sized enterprises further to market. This article puts forward some points of view about the principle and trend of ' fighting out' for the state mid-small sized enterprises, and explains why the state mid-small sized enterprises must be of non-state.
