介绍了高校图书馆学科馆员制度的内涵,分析了实施学科馆员制度的难点,从服务意识、人才培养、岗位职责和科学考评体系等方面,探讨了解决问题的对策。
This paper introduces the connotation of the subject librarian system in university library, analyzes the difficulties in implementing the subject librarian system, and probes into the countermeasures for solving these problems from aspects of the service consciousness, talent cultivation, post responsibility, and scientific evaluation system, etc.
