摘要
模拟电路中存在容差,使得诊断过程较为复杂。针对这一问题,尝试将灰色系统理论引入到模拟电路的诊断过程中,并提出了一种基于灰色关联度的诊断算法。由于灰色系统理论擅长处理不确定性的信息,因此,能够有效消除容差的影响,提高诊断结果的准确性。最后,实例表明,这种算法能够准确的识别电路故障的类型。
The tolerance existed in analog circuits makes fault diagnosis difficult. Gray system theory is introduced to the fault diagnosis process of analog circuits with tolerance to solve this difficulty. A method based on gray correlation degree is presented accordingly. Because of the ability of gray system theory in dealing with uncertain information, the effect of tolerance can be diminished by this theory. Finally, an example is used for illustrating the validity of this method.
