摘要 采用超临界水氧化法处理二硝基重氮酚(DDNP)废水。通过正交实验,以色度去除率和CODCr去除率为评价指标,考察了反应温度、反应压力、停留时间及过氧量对处理效果的影响。结果表明,超临界水氧化法能有效地降解DDNP废水,随着反应温度的提高、压力的增大、停留时间的延长和过氧量的增加,CODCr去除率也随之提高。反应压力24 MPa、反应温度600℃、停留时间3 min、过氧量0.8 MPa为最佳处理条件,处理后废水中CODCr去除率可达99%以上,色度去除率达100%。 DDNP wastewater was treated with SCWO, the effect of the reaction pressure, reaction temperature, residence time and oxygen demand on the water treatment were investigated by means of the removal rate of colority and that of CODCr, and the process conditions were optimized through orthogonal tests. The results show that when pressure is 24 MPa, reaction temperature is 600 ℃, residence time is 3 min and oxygen demand is 0.8 MPa, the removal rate of CODCr of the wastewater after the treatment can be reduced by 99% or more, and the colority can be reduced by 100%.
