摘要
对４８６例肾移植术后病人采用自行设计的调查表，以问卷和直接交谈相结合的方法，分析肾移植病人的健康观念以及对健康教育的需求情况，结果：８０％～９０％的病人可通过健康教育获得有关健康疾病的信息，７０％～９０％的病人在疾病治疗、控制预防以及恢复等知识方面需要帮助，７０％～８０％的病人需要提供返院或电话咨询方面的教育。
Investigation of a sense of health and a need for health education of 486 patients with renal transplantation was carried out using self-made questionnaires by filling the questionnaire and talking directly with patients.The results noted that through health education,80%～90% of patients might get information involved,70%～90% of patients needed help in respect of the information on therapy, prevention and recovery of diseases,and 70%～80% of patients needed getting an education for telephone consultation or hospitalizing again.
