摘要
为充分利用焦化蜡油,可将它作为催化裂化的接合原料,但由于焦化蜡油氮含量高,需进行脱氮处理。开发了一种新型复合溶剂,能对焦化蜡油进行有效的溶剂萃取脱氮处理。提出了萃取剂的组成及温度、剂油比和理论级数等适宜的工艺操作参数。该工艺能将精制油的氮含量从5000μg/g降至1500μg/g以下,而精制油的收率在80%以上。
A complex solvent extraction for nitrogen compound removal from coker gatch was studied in the laboratory. The extraction variables such as temperature, solvent composition and solvent to oil ratio, etc., were tested. The raffinate oil recovery can be more than 80%, and in which the nitrogen content was less than 1. 5 mg/g.
