通信技术在三坐标测量系统中的应用

摘要 三坐标测量系统中,通讯技术对三坐标测量机的精确控制起着重要作用,文中介绍了基于FPGA的三坐标测量系统中上位机、桥接卡及控制卡的通讯系统的设计。该系统采用FPGA实现数据的收发,配合C8051F021单片机进行数据的编码、解码,通过RS232总线和I2C总线,实现了上位机和控制卡之间的数据传输,由于FPGA程序采用并行执行的结构,且处理速度远高于其它逻辑芯片,因此大大保证了系统的安全性和数据传输的准确性。 In coordinate measuring system, communication technology plays an important role in precision. This paper introduces the design of communication system about the PC, communication card, and the control card based upon FPGA in the coordinate measuring machine control system. This system adopts FPGA to send and receive data, companying with the use of the CS051F021singlechip. It passes data between PC and control board through RS232 and 1e C. Not only because FPGA adopts the parallel structure of implementing the commands, but also the operation speed is far higher than other logic chips, this sufficiently guarantees the safety of the system and the accuracy of the data transmission.
