双重负载双金属催化剂催化的硝基苯氢化还原 被引量:2

Hydrogenation of Nitrobenzene by Dually Supported Bimetallic Catalysts

摘要 制备了易于从反应体系中分离的高活性、高选择性双重负载双金属催化剂[0.80Pd-0.20Pt/PVP]/载体,并用于硝基苯还原反应。其中以Al2O3为载体的催化剂具有最高活性。考察了钯负载量、乙酸钠用量、溶剂等因素对催化剂活性和稳定性的影响。 Dually supported bimetallic catalysts,[0 80Pd 0 20Pt/PVP]/support,were prepared and used in the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene.Catalysts [0 80Pd 0 20Pt/PVP]/Al 2O 3 was the best one among them.The effects of the loading level of Pd,the amount of sodium acetate and the solvent used on the reaction were investigated.The catalyst[0 80Pd 0 20Pt/PVP]/Al 2O 3 exhibited high activity,selectivity and stability in the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene under the favorable reaction conditions.
