摘要
2005、2006年在湖南主要烟区进行了病毒病的调查和取样,并通过ELISA法检测,再次确定湖南烟草上存在CMV、TMV、PVY、PVX、TEV和TRSV6种病毒的感染。它们除单独侵染外,还有多种复合侵染类型。应用ELISA法检测856个样本,结果表明湖南烟草花叶病主要由CMV,TMV侵染所致。
The virus types infecting tobacco plants in the fields of Hunan were investigated and tested by ELISA in laboratory in 2005 and 2006. The results showed that there were 6types such as CMV, TMV, PVY, PVX, TEV and TRSV on tobacco of Hunan. These virus types alone or combined infected the tobacco plants. ELISA test of 856 samples exhibiting mosaic symptom indicated that CMV and TMV mainly infected the samples.
