摘要
钻井过程中，经常遇到地层出盐水的问题。过去通常采用提高钻井液密度将其压稳的方法，由此可能带来诸如井漏、粘附卡钻等更为复杂的井下问题。本文通过一口井的实践，提出了对高压低渗透盐水层采用相时压稳（欠平衡）的处理方法，并与一系列措施相配合，成功地解决了盐水给钻井生产带来的问题。对老油田的调整井和富含盐水地区的钻井具有一定的指导意义。
Through the practice of drilling onc well,this paper advances a mew disposal method-- relative pressure stability (underbalance) method for brine layer with high pressure and low permeability in drilling well .Under concerted measures by series, the problem of the brine layer is successfully solved.
