摘要
以IT技术作为支撑,将计算机模拟技术与DCS数据采集系统结合,建立蒸汽管网运行管理优化调度智能监测系统(PROSS系统)。介绍了该系统的构架和建立蒸汽管网数字模型的理论。工程应用表明,PROSS系统能够全面而有效地监测蒸汽管网,及时地把测量数据转为大量信息,实时反映蒸汽系统详细工况,显著提高管理调度水平,保证安全生产,达到节能降耗的目的。
Combining computer simulation ing system for optimal operational planning techniques with DCS data collection system,an intelligent monitor in steam pipe system (PROSS system) is set up based on IT technology.This paper introduces the structure of this system and the theory of setting up numerical models of steam pipe system.Application results show that PROSS system can comprehensively and effectively monitor the steam pipe system,turn measurement data into information in time ,reflect real-time and detailed operating conditions of vapor system,significantly improve the level of management and planning,ensure a safe production,and achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.
