摘要
劳动合同法于2008年1月1日正式施行,劳动合同法对现有劳动合同法律制度、用工制度带来全新的变革与挑战,所以作为用人单位,应当革除以往陈旧的用工观念,以避免产生不必要的成本,缓解劳动合同法带来的冲击。
The labor Contract Laws was officially enforced on Jan.l, 2008. Some new reforms and new challenges were made in law system and employment system based on existing labor contract laws. As a result, the employment enterprises shall abandon obsolete employment concept to avoid unnecessary cost and alleviate the impact of labor contract laws.
