摘要
投标项目的选择是一个多目标决策的问题。该文用AHP方法确定投标项目选择的各评价指标权重;再用优劣系数判断方法来确定投标项目。
The selection of the tendering project is an issue of the multi-objective policy making. The article uses AHP method to define various evaluation indexes to select the tendering project, and then uses the judging method of good and poor coefficients to define the tendering project.
