摘要
对于钴包覆陶瓷粉末热压烧结的Al2O3-TiC-Co新型复合材料力学性能和断裂行为进行了研究。结果表明,Co在基体中以金属相存在,分布于晶界的金属钴的存在能有效地改善Al2O3-TiC材料的力学性能,影响其断裂行为。
The mechanical properties and fracture behavior of the hot pressed Al 2O 3 TiC Co advanced composites,which have been produced by use of Al 2O 3 and TiC powders chemically coated with cobalt on their surfaces,have been studied in this paper The results show that the metal cobalt phase exists in matrix and that the presence of the metal cobalt phase dispersed in grain boundaries can effectly improve the mechanical properties of the pure Al 2O 3 TiC and affect its fracture behavior
