海洛因依赖者停药后脑灰质密度的纵向研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察停药后海洛因依赖者脑灰质密度的变化。方法:采用基于像素的形态学测量(voxel-based mor-phometry,VBM)方法对10例海洛因依赖者在停药第3天、第2个月的脑灰质密度进行了自身前后对比研究。结果:与停药3天相比,停药2个月海洛因依赖组在左侧额叶内侧回、右侧前扣带回、左侧中央后回、右侧岛叶以及双侧尾状核脑区灰质密度有所升高。结论:海洛因所致的脑结构异常在停止滥用后部分可得到逆转。 Objective: To explore longitudinal changes on brain structure in the heroin dependence patients during abstince. Methods: The gray matter density (GMD) of 10 heroin dependence patients after 3 days and 2 months of abstinence were compared by voxel-based morphometry (VBM). Results: After 2 months of abstinece, there were some brain regions showing significant higher GMD including left medial frontal gyrus, right anterior cingulate cortex, left postcental gyrus, right insular lobe and bilateral caudate nucleus in herion addicts. Conclusion: The results showed that prolonged abstinence might reverse some of the herion-induced alterations in brain structure.
