摘要
目的观察萱草花对小鼠抑郁模型的抗抑郁作用。方法将小鼠分为5组,即阴性对照组、阳性药物组和萱草花水煎剂组(按不同剂量分3组),行小鼠强迫游泳、小鼠悬尾和拮抗利血平所致的抑郁症状实验。结果萱草花高、中剂量组(6.000、3.000g/kg)均可显著缩短小鼠强迫游泳、悬尾不动时间、拮抗利血平所致小鼠运动不能作用(P<0.01)和小鼠眼睑下垂作用(P<0.05)。萱草花高、中、低剂量(1.500g/kg)组拮抗利血平所致小鼠体温下降作用(P<0.01)。结论萱草花对小鼠抑郁症的强迫游泳模型、悬尾模型和拮抗利血平所致的抑郁症模型均有显著治疗作用,且作用与药物的剂量密切相关。
Objective To observe the depressive effects of Xuancaohua in mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into eontrol group, positive group and three different dose groups of Xuancaohua. The arttidepressive symptoms were induced by reserpine, and the forced swimming test, tail suspention test and antagonistic test were used to evaluate the depressive effects in this study. Results In the large and middle dose groups of Xuancaohua significantly shortened time in the forced swimming test, tail suspension test (P 〈 0. 01 ) and prevented the depressant symptoms induced by reserpine, such as descent of body temperature, aeinesia( P 〈 0.01 ) and blepharoehalasis ( P 〈 0.05 ) in mice. Conclusion Xuancaohua plays obvious role an antidepressive effect in mice. It suggests that the antidepressive effect of Xuancaohua depends on the dose of drug.
