蛛网膜下腔出血诊断及中西医结合分期分型辨证治疗 被引量：2

摘要 蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）是指各种原因引起的脑血管破裂后,血液流入蛛网膜下腔的出血性疾病。分原发性和继发性两类。原发性SAH是指脑底部或表面血管发生病变、破裂而使血液流入蛛网膜下腔的出血性疾病。继发性SAH是指脑实质出血破入脑室或蛛网膜下腔的出血性疾病。年发病率为（5～20）/10万,占急性脑血管病的10%。属中医学“中风”、“头痛”等范畴。
