摘要
通过对南韩灵芝菌株在不向碳源、氮源及不同配方的母种培养基的生长实验,筛选出适合其生长的碳源、氮源和最佳培养基配方.试验结果表明:南韩灵芝菌丝体在麸皮、酵母膏、蛋白胨3种氮源中,以麸皮为最适氮源;在葡萄糖、蔗糖和玉米粉3种碳源中,以玉米粉为最适碳源.在5种不同的培养基试验中,加富PDA培养基是最适合南韩灵芝生长的培养基配方.
Through the growth experiments on Korean ganoderma lucidum strain in different carbon, different nitrogen sources, and different mother culture media, the most suitable carbon source, nitrogen source and the optimum prescription of medium have been worked out. The results shows that the corn powder is the most suitable carbon source among corn powder, sucrose and glucose, and wheat bran is the most suitable nitrogen source among wheat bran, yeast ointment and peptone. The growth experiments in 5 kinds culture medium shows that PDA medium supplemented with wheat bran is the most suitable prescription of medium for Korean ganoderma lucidum.
