一氧化氮调控剂ZX-5对血管内皮细胞eNOS和ERK蛋白表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究新型一氧化氮调控剂ZX-5作用后血管内皮细胞eNOS和ERK蛋白的表达,初步阐明ZX-5的作用机理。方法:用Western blotting测定ZX-5作用后血管内皮细胞eNOS和ERK蛋白的表达。结果:ZX-5能够增加eNOS的表达量,高剂量ZX-5可以增加ERK蛋白表达。结论:ZX-5可能通过ERK途径增加eNOS的表达(eNOS是ZX-5作用的靶点之一),具有开发成药物的潜力。 Objective To explore the influence of ZX-5 as NO modulator on the expression of nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) protein of blood vessel endothelium cells. Method The expressions of eNOS and the ERK protein in blood vessel endothelium were determined by Western blotting. Result ZX-5 elevated the expression of eNOS, but had no distinguished effect on the ERK. Conclusion ZX-5 promotes the expression of eNOS via ERK. eNOS is one of the targets of ZX-5, and ZX-5 has a potentiality to be developed into medicine.
