摘要
目的研究不同类别艾滋病知识在公共场所从业人员中的掌握情况及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法抽取深圳市公共场所从业人员1189人,用23个艾滋病知识条目对其进行调查,通过因子分析,分析不同知识因子在人群中的掌握情况,并探讨其影响因素。结果共提炼出6个公因子,各因子所包含条目的正确回答率在60%以上者的构成比分别为:93.94%、79.06%、62.32%、42.47%、37.17%和26.66%。不同文化程度和深圳居住年限对于血液和性传播途径因子的回答正确率差异具有统计学意义;女性的母婴传播途径因子正确率显著高于男性;非传播途径因子和艾滋病基础医学知识因子在不同性别、年龄、文化程度间的差异显著;艾滋病防治知识因子、艾滋病检测与识别知识因子分别与年龄、文化程度和深圳居住年限有关,这两个因子均受工作场所影响。结论公共场所从业人员对于不同类别的艾滋病知识掌握程度不同,应该根据不同情况有针对地进行宣传教育。
Objective To investigate the status of AIDS knowledge of different kinds in Shenzhen recreation practitioners and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods To investigate 1189 recreation practitioners with 23 AIDS related knowledge items by cluster sampling. To learn the status of grasping these knowledge items among the selected crowds and explore the influencing factors by factor analysis. Results 6 components were extracted by factor analysis. The constituent ratio of those items which correct rates were above 60% were 93.94% , 79. 06% , 62. 32%, 42.47% , 37. 17% and 26.66% respectively. For the route of blood and sex transmission item, there were statistical significances among the crowed with different education degree and different civilization years times in Shenzhen. The correct rate of female in mother-to-infant transmitted way of AIDS item was remarkably higher than that of male. The items of non-transmission item and AIDS basic knowledge item showed statistic relationships with sex, age and civilization years. The items of AIDS prevention and AIDS detection showed statistic relationships with age, civilization years and occupation times in Shenzhen, while both of the two items were influenced by workplace. Conclusion The learning level for various AIDS knowledge in Shenzhen recreation practitioners was different. It was suggested that health education should carried out according to different condition.
