老年急性心肌梗死患者溶血磷脂酸与室性心律失常的临床研究

摘要 目的研究老年急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的溶血磷脂酸(LPA)水平与心肌梗死后室性心律失常的关系。方法检测55例心肌梗死时及心肌梗死后14dAMI患者的心肌酶谱及血浆LPA表达水平,并监测其心律失常情况,进行相关性分析。结果AMI时及心肌梗死后14d患者血浆LPA较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。AMI患者血浆LPA水平表达与心肌梗死后室性早搏Lown分级呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论AMI后LPA表达水平与室性心律失常存在一定关系,AMI后室性心律失常发生多的患者LPA表达水平高。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of lysophsophatidie acid and arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in elderly patients. Methods Fifty-five patients with AMI were enrolled. The levels of LPA were measured on admission and 14 clays after admission, All patients underwent eehoeardiographie examinations, Thirty normal individuals were chosen as controls. Arrhythmias were monitored and correlation analysis was carried out. Results The levels of LPA on admission and 14 clays after admission in patients with AMI were increased than that of controls ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The plasma levels of LPA were positively associated with the Lown class of premature ventrieular contraction(PVC) ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions There is positive relationship between LPA after AMI and ventrieular arrhythmias. The plasma levels of LPA increased with the high rate of ventrieular arrhythmias.
