摘要
为改善浅层稠油油藏热采出砂状况,结合矿场实际资料,通过对出砂机理和影响因素的分析认为,弱胶结粉砂颗粒的迁移、高温蒸汽的作用和压力的影响是造成出砂的主要原因;储层的成岩程度、沉积微相、原油性质和油井的构造位置是影响出砂的主要地质因素;注采参数、射孔方式和汽窜是影响出砂的工程因素。该项研究为浅层稠油油藏热采出砂的综合治理提供了依据。
This paper addresses sand production mechanism and influence factors in shallow heavy oil thermal re- covery process.It is thought that the relocation of weakly consolidated silt particle,the effects of high tempera- ture steam and pressure are among the main reasons for sand production;the diagenetic grade,depositional mi- crofacies,crude oil quality and well location are the main geologic factors affecting sand production;and the in- jection- production parameters,perforation type and steam channeling are the engineering factors.This study presents basis for integrated medication of sand production problem in shallow heavy oil thermal recovery process.
