镁合金摩托车把超塑胀形实验研究及数值模拟

摘要 采用WQ4100万能全息试验机对镁合金AZ31B进行拉伸实验,得到真实的应力-应变曲线。以此为基础,采用DYNAFORM,对不同的内压和轴向进给的匹配关系对壁厚的影响进行数值模拟,发现在轴向进给为15 mm,内压为5 MPa为最优加载路径。并通过实验验证了模拟分析的正确性。 The magnesium alloy AZ31B was explored in the tensile experiment using the WQ4100. Through the experiment, the relation formula of real stress, real strain and the curves of stress and strain were achieved. Based on this, using DYNAFORM software, the simulation of tube thickness of different relationships of internal pressure and axial feed was carried out. It was found that the optimum path was 15 mm axial feed and 5 MPa internal pressure. The correctness of simulation analysis was verified by analyzing the reason and through the process experiment.
