婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的心肌酶谱改变 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎时心肌酶的变化。方法:对82例确诊为轮状病毒肠炎患儿采取静脉血测定血清心肌酶水平。结果:观察组心肌酶含量明显高于对照组(P<0.001),磷酸激酶同工酶异常率为39.02%,高于正常值(P<0.005),天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶59.75%,高于正常值(P<0.005)。结论:小儿轮状病毒肠炎可引起心肌酶的变化,治疗的同时注意心肌保护。 Objective: To study the changes of myocardial enzyme in infants with rotavirus diarrhea. Methods: The levels of myocardial enzyme of 82 infants with rotavirus diarrhea was measured. Results : The myocardial enzyme of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The abnormal rate of CK -MB was39.02% , which was higher than normal value(P 〈 0. 005 ) ;AST was 59.75 % ,which was also higher than normal value(P 〈 0. 005 ). Conclusion: Rotavirus diarrhea in infants may cause the changes of serum myocardial enzyme,so it is important to prevent heart damage,in the treatment of rotavirus diarrhea, in infants.
