不锈钢螺旋毛细管内壁微裂纹检测与试验研究

摘要 针对不锈钢螺旋毛细管特殊工况,设计检测方案,以提高管内壁微裂纹检测率,并为此类管材微裂纹检测提供参考依据。通过对不锈钢毛细直管进行成分分析,并对直管和螺旋管进行强度计算、正常压力以及破坏性压力试验,以扫描电镜观察其内壁,检查直管及螺旋管内壁是否存在微裂纹。试验结果表明:所检直管及螺旋管内壁均无裂纹且满足使用工况。验证了该检测方案的适用性和可靠性。 Aimed at the especially of stainless steel helical capillary, the test project is designed for enhancing the rate of flaws checked. And it can be regarded as reference frames for subminiature flaws checked of this kind of material, The component of stainless steel straight capillary, are analyzed, and the straight and screw capillary are made strength compute and normal and devastating pressure tests. The walls of stainless steel capillary are observed by SEM to detect the microcracks which maybe existed in the straight and screw tubes. The result shows that all the detected tubes do not come into any cracks and they can completely fill the bill of operating condition. It is obviously that the detected projects are applicable and credible.
