摘要 [目的]了解氯化氰对小鼠的神经行为的影响。[方法]用氯化氰对染毒组小鼠分低、中、高浓度染毒,每日1次,连续30d。对照组除不给予氯化氰,其余处理与染毒组相同。染毒后做旷场试验、转棒实验、热板实验。[结果]在这些试验中,染毒组小鼠的行为表现与对照组出现明显差异。[结论]亚慢性氯化氰染毒对小鼠的神经系统有损伤作用。 [Objective] To understand the toxicity effect and mechanism of cyanogen chloride to mice's nerve behavior. [Methods] Contamination was carried out with mild, moderate and severe concentration cyanogen chloride to the mice in affected group once per day, and kept doing so for one month. The mice in comparison group were not contaminated. Then the mice in affected group and in comparison group were both given the open field test. rotating stick test and hotplate test. [ Results] There were obvious differences between the two groups after those tests. [ Conclusion ] Sub-chronic cyanogen chloride contamination can destroy the rnice's nervous system.
