摘要
由于小学教育专业在我国启动晚,起点低,因此在培养目标、培养规格、课程体系与结构等方面还没有一个现成的、统一的计划或标准,整个小学教育专业办学总体上还处于探索阶段。提出通过以改革人才培养模式为突破口,完善教师教育课程体系,构建一体化的实践教学体系,以职业能力测试为牵引,着力提高学生的教学技能,加强师资队伍建设等途径对小学教育(语文教育方向)本科专业进行调整改造及建设的构想。
The undergraduate' s specialty of primary education is a new specialty which developed in the course of popularization of higher education. Owing to the late starting and low starting point of the primary educa- tion undergraduate specialty, there is no a ready - made, unitary plan or standard for cultivating objectives, cultivating specification, course system and construction and so on. The present specialty of primary education is still in the stage of exploration. The author puts forward an adjusting, reforming and tentative constructive plan of primary education( Chinese education orientation) which are based on the breakthrough of reforming the cultivating mode of personels; improving the course system of teacher education; constructing an integral whole practical teaching system; improving students' teaching skills based on the traction of professional proficient tests; enhancing the construction of teacher contingent.
