摘要
针对湖北黄石某低品位白钨矿石的特征,进行了合理的选矿工艺流程和药剂制度的试验研究。经试验选优,确定了浮选工艺条件,通过小型闭路试验,对含钨0.23%的矿样,取得了钨精矿产率0.28%、钨精矿品位61.46%、钨回收率74.82%的选矿技术指标。
This paper studies the dressing technology process and the medicament system experiment on the basis of the features of a low-grade scheelite mine. The following technology statistics are obtained from the experiment: the scheelite concentrate yield reaches 0.28 % out of the crude ore sample in which WO3 association rate is only 0.23 %. And the scheelite concentrate of 61.46 % WO3 was obtained with a recovery rate of 74.82 % by ascertaining the technology conditions of froth flotation.
