摘要
多样动态的市场需要各种各样、能快速适应变化、具有创新能力、综合素质高的人才;在目前扩招的形势下,生源质量参差不齐,也是高校教育的一个挑战。为解决此问题,适应形势,高校必须对现有的体系进行改造,增加柔性特征,建立以市场为导向,激活学生主观能动性,保障有力,因材施教,满足学生个性化发展的柔性教育体系。
All kinds of the talents, with abilities of adapting change and innovation and high integrative diathesis, are required in modem multiplex dynamic market. The big distinction of students＇ quality is a challenge to high education under current enlarging enrollment. To solve these problems, higher schools must alter modem teaching systems and enhance their flexibilities following current position, construct new flexible educating-oriented systems which can activate students＇ subjective initiative and have great security and meet needs of students in accordance with their interest and abilities.
