摘要
Ｘ线胸片以及ＣＴ对诊断支气管肺癌也存在局限性，本文通过实践对３１例Ｘ线胸片检查阴性的肺癌患者行纤支镜检查证实为肺癌，揭示纤支镜检查是早期发现肺癌的首选方法之一，有利于肺癌的诊断、治疗，提高生存率。
Chest film and CT have some limitations in diagnosing bronchoalveolar cancer. The paper,under fibero bronchoscope,proved 31 cases with lung cancer,which were negative in chest film and CT.Authors suggested that fiberobronchoscope is the best way in examining early lung cancer and it is also beneficial to diagnosis and treatment,therefore the survival rate can be raised.
