摘要
作者采用光弹实验应力分析法,研究了不同大连接体设计的上下颌单侧游离端义齿,在侧向加载时对基牙和缺牙区牙槽嵴的受力情况。结果表明,腭杆传递(牙合)力的作用在一定范围内受其宽度影响很小;义齿在侧向载荷下,(牙合)力主要由缺牙区牙槽嵴和同侧基牙承担;舌杆、双舌杆和舌板传递给基牙和缺牙区牙槽嵴的作用力未见明显差异。
Photoelastic models were used to visualize stresses developed in the abutment teeth and the edentulous region by distal - extension removable partial dentures with different palatal bars and lingual bars. Evaluation of the load - transfer characteristics of the various designs was based on comparison of the recorded isochrornatic fringe distributions,The following can be concluded; (1) Different width of palatal bars did not generate different stresses. (2)The edentulous region and abutment were the main supporting structures. The abutment on the opposite side shared a small part of the load. (3)No significant different stresses were developed by the three types of mandibular major connectors.
