摘要
通过对普通高校体育教学和体育教师的现况进行分析,提出了在现有的人事管理和教学管理的情况下,通过改革管理方法、优化组合、开展选项教学、加强自我完善和后续教育等方法,对普通高校体育教师资源加以优化,有效提高体育教学水平。
Through the analysis of present status about the P.E. teaching and P.E. teachers in an otttinary university, many methods was put forward under the present situation of the personnel management and teaching management, such as reforming the management way, optimizing and Combining combination, taking the elective teaching, strengthening the self- perfection and the further education etc. in order to optimize P. E. teachers' resource in an ordinary university and effectively advance the P.E. teaching' s level.
