摘要
"坚持大运动量训练"是"三从一大"的重要训练理念之一,但如果运动负荷超过了运动员的承受能力,就可能引发过度训练。为了探究我国马拉松选手过度训练的产生机制,从马拉松的项目特点及生理、生化等方面阐述了过度训练的原因及特点,并提出了预防及促进恢复的方法,以便为马拉松运动训练和科研工作提供理论支持。
To persist big energy expenditure training is one of the importance principles of training hard,strictly, practically with heavy load. However if the sports load is out of the ability that one athlete can be support, it will cause the overtraining. For the sake of the creation mechanism of overtraining about our Marathon member, this paper elaborates the reasons and the characteristics of the over training by physiology and biochemical, and puts forward prevention and recovery method to provide theories support for the sports training and research work of Marathon.
