摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆管损伤的原因及其预防对策。方法回顾性分析我院1995年7月～2007年7月实施的11000例腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆管损伤13例的临床资料。结果本组13例胆管损伤均治愈,无严重并发症发生。结论实行严格的岗前培训和准入制、每一步都仔细操作、适时的中转手术可减少胆管损伤发生。
Objective To investigate the causes and treatment measures of the bile duct injury in laparoseopic cholecystectomy. Methods The clinical data of 13 cases of bile duct injury among 11 000 patients receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy from July 1995 to July 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 13 patients were cured,and no severe complications were found. Conclusion Favorable results seem to depend on multiple training of LC, careful operation with expert skill, and conversion to OC timely,which can reduce the incidence of bile duct injury.
