摘要
针对点阵单摄像机轴向重复性差的问题,设计了一种正交双摄像机光学三坐标测量系统。利用冗余算法建立双摄像机的数学测量模型,完成双摄像机轴向测量误差补偿,实现高精度的空间三维坐标测量;实验采用最简的三点共线测头模式在测量距离1500mm处各个方向重复性优于0·1mm,长度测量精度达到0·2mm。
A dual cameras optical 3D coordinate measuring system using a probe has been proposed to solve the low axis - orient repeatability of n - point single camera coordinate measurement system. In the dissertation, the mathematic model is established, the axis error is compensated and the high precision coordinate measurement is realized. The experimental result shows that the system has achieved a measuring repetition precision of 0. 1mm in the direction of every axis in a distance of 1500 mm away from dual camera and length measuring precision of 0.2mm.
