摘要 研究野西瓜挥发油诱导SGC-7901细胞凋亡的机制.采用流式细胞术分析野西瓜挥发油对SGC-7901细胞早期凋亡的影响;采用激光扫描共聚焦技术观测野西瓜挥发油对肿瘤细胞内Ca2+浓度变化的影响;采用流式细胞术分析野西瓜挥发油对SGC-7901细胞线粒体跨膜电位的影响.野西瓜挥发油可以诱导SGC-7901细胞发生早期凋亡,使肿瘤细胞内的Ca2+浓度升高,并降低细胞线粒体跨膜电位.野西瓜挥发油具有明显的抗肿瘤作用,其抗肿瘤机制为诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡.通过升高肿瘤细胞内的[Ca2+]i而激活了Ca2+依赖性的核酸内切酶,同时通过PT孔的开放,引起线粒体跨膜电位下降而导致细胞凋亡. To study the mechanism of oil inducing apoptosis in SGC-7901 cells. The apoptosis in the initial stage of SGC-7901 cells is studied by flow cytometry; the effects on [Ca^2+] i of human gastric carcinoma cells is observed by confocal laser scanning technique. The electric potential of mitochondrion is studied by flow cytometry. The apoptosis in the initial stage of SGC-7901 cells, the advance of [Ca^2+] i of human gastric carcinoma cells and the loss of electric potential of mitochondrion could be induced by total oil in Capparis spinosa. Total oil has significant anti-tumor effect. The mechanism of anti - neoplastic action, inducingapoptosis in SGC -7901 cells is mechanism of total oil in Capparis spinosa.
