摘要
用分散聚合方法制备了单分散聚苯乙烯微球,并研究了分散稳定剂、引发剂、溶剂和单体含量对聚合物微球粒径大小的影响.研究发现,粒径随单体和引发剂浓度的增加而增大,也随分散稳定剂浓度的增加而减小;只有在适当的温度和溶剂中才能得到大粒径的微球.
Monodipersion polystyrene microspheres are prepared through the dispersionPOlymerization. The effects of temperature and the concentration of dispersion stabilizer,initiator,solvent and monomer on the particles size have been studied. The sizes of particles increase with increasing intiator and monomer concentrations,and decrease with increasing stabilizer concentration. Microsphere of big size can only be prepared at/in a favourable temperature and solvent.
