摘要
毒品心理依赖的神经生物学机制比较复杂,故治疗毒品心理依赖比较难。治疗难点主要有:吸毒带来的快感难以替代;吸毒快感的记忆难以消除;吸毒人员自我遗弃感强;吸毒人员的人格产生变异;戒毒人员经常受歧视。治疗对策主要有:增强戒毒意志;分散求毒注意力;培养戒毒者自尊心;矫正戒毒者自我中心的个性;同伴教育;挫折教育;正确对待戒毒者。在治疗时要注意:治疗要有计划;治疗初期主体外作用力量强,后期变成主体自动化处置方式;治疗要结合康复治疗、治疗社区进行。
Addictive drugs might have similar structures as chemical components inducing excitement in human brains. So it is difficult to manage psychological dependence on addictive drugs. The main difficulties in management might include： finding proper substitutes for the euphoria obtained from taking drugs; eliminating the memory of the euphoria; strong self abandons and changed personality; social discrimination. The suggested tactics include： to strengthen the willingness of abstaining from drugs; distract the attention to drug seeking; raise self - esteem; correct the attitude to egocentricity; conduct peer education and frustration education and adopt correct attitude to drug dependent patients. For treatment, the following should be noticed： to make plan for treatment; focus on non- self effect at initial treatment and on automatic process in the late treatment; conduct comprehensive treatment such as rehabilitation and therapeutic community.
